successive defeats at the hands of Lewis and St. Mary's drowned any chances for an Ambrosian trophy.
Entertaining the Omaha Indians at Wharton Fieldhouse proved worthwhile, with the Bees making it three
in a row at home with a 79-77 victory. It was a team victory in every sense. Tom Otting and Bernie
Brennan led the scoring, Rich Brennan the rebounding, and Bob Kennedy and Leo Lewis outstanding
floor play.
Despite Quincy disagreement,
Tom Otting proceeds for two.
