Bernie Brennan in fight!
Playing at home during the Christmas vacation, the Bees outscored the St. Norbert five, 86-69, to
bring their record to two wins and five defeats. The Ambrose five then travelled to the strongest small
college five in the Middle West, Western Illinois State Teachers College. The Leathernecks proved their
worth, turning back the Ambrosian quintet, 75-46. Tom Otting displayed a fabulous^ scoring ability,
leading all scorers with a phenomenal 33 points. \
