DELTA EPSILON SIGMA
NATIONAL CATHOLIC HONOR SOCIETY
Members of the graduating class of 1952 who were judged eligible
to membership in Delta Epsilon Sigma, national Catholic honor
society, were inducted in advance at a ceremony and dinner meeting
held in January.
Representative of scholarship at St. Ambrose, the new members
of Xi chapter, through their participation in extra-curricular activities and association with their fellow students, have exerted an
exemplary influence on the campus. Standing as they do at the
head of the senior class, they personify the most important objectives
of Catholic education: learning, maturity and personal integrity.
The society, which is in its twelfth year, has chapters in Catholic
colleges and universities throughout the country. Over eighty St.
Ambrose graduates and faculty members have been honored
with membership.
