The INTER-CLUB COUNCIL
The Inter Club Council was established
at St. Ambrose College for two general
purposes. First, the Council was set up to
coordinate the various activities of all the
Clubs on campus. Second, it represents
these respective clubs on the Student
Council, all the actions of The Inter Club
Council being governed by a ten page
constitution.
The aims of the Inter Club Council are
to see that all the clubs on the campus are
properly functioning, and to bring about a
closer union of the clubs represented. It
also helps inactive clubs to become more
industrious by suggesting activities in which
all can participate.
During each semester the Council usually has four dates set aside for its own
activities. These activities range from
dances, to skating parties and anything
else of specific interest to the student body.

One of the larger projects undertaken by the Inter Club Council was the
scheduling and financing of the Annual Christmas Music Festival. Th,s was
done in conjunction with Marycrest College and Mercy Hospital Nurses.
