Description
Assistance with tile drainage was a major priority with farmers this year. The wet spring of 1960 and the rainy fall of 1961 created many wet areas that needed to be drained. The personnel of the Soil Conservation Service were glad to assist and advise those wishing to drain out those trouble some wet spots.
