The Orient Hotel was right against the store and offices. You can see the post of the porch of the hotel. It was a square house. The reflection of building in the store window is a building on the railroad right away All the land north of the railroad was leased from the C.B.O. Railroad [thru] the East end of town. The building on the right was a livery stable till about 1919 or perhaps earlier.
