Mr. Geo. W. Carver,
Tuskegee Institute, Ala.,
Dear Sir:--
Your letter of July twenty-third addressed to Dr. Pammel has been received. Dr. Pammel is away on his vacation just at present and your letter will receive his personal attention immediately upon his return the last of August. I am sure the collection you refer to will be welcomed here and will add materially to the collection already on hand.
