Description

YOUNG DEMOCRATS
Recognizing the importance of government and politics in the modern world,
the St. Ambrose-Mary crest Young Democrats try throughout the year to stimulate
political activity among the students of
both schools. The club members participate in political campaigns and rallies,
invite speakers to their respective campuses, and attend political conventions.
Formerly restricted to Ambrosians, the
club now boasts a combined membership of students from both schools.

CENTRAL ILLINOIS CLUB
The Central Illinois Club is primarily a social organization, which encourages students from Illinois, excluding Chicago and the Quad-Cities, to
get together socially and for their own protection. This year, qualified
Marycrest students have been invited to join the group. Currently in
the process of rebuilding, the Club promises to regain its status as a
prominent campus organization.
