Day dresses

Two day dresses both with skirts evolving into a bustle shape. The left dress is striped and has a small, band collar; long, fitted sleeves, a ribbon belt tied slightly above the natural waistline, and a layered skirt with a long train. The right dress has a fitted bodice with a band collar, long sleeves and all the skirt's emphasis is on the back with multiple, ruffle edged layers. The women's hair is piled high atop their heads with either curls or lace ribbons trailing down the back of their heads. (published for Petit Courrier des Dames)
