Intramural Program
"The intramural program at St. Ambrose College offers
every student an opportunity to make the most satisfying
and beneficial use of his leisure time. It is designed to meet
the changing needs of the student body. We urge every
student to compete in some part of the program. We feel
that there is a place in the program for every student."

The intramural program at St. Ambrose is exemplary of the growing Big A as it yearly
increases in size and importance. With the incorporation of volleyball, basketball, softball,
bowling and ping pong, the program this year illustrated the tide of growth of all fazes of
the new St. Ambrose. Under the sole and very capable guidance of Coach Kilfoy, participa-
tion in all the activities offered increased in numbers and more importantly in the enthu-
siasm of the student body as a whole. Much thanks goes to Coach Kilfoy for his untiring
efforts to provide continued and better physical activity for all Ambrosians.
