On the occasion of the Seventy-fifth Anniversary, perhaps the finest proof of its accomplishment and
its most glorious source of pride are manifested in the lives and service of the many fine priests — the
seminarians of yesterday — who attended St. Ambrose Seminary.
In these few pages it is our attempt to give the reader a brief glimpse into the life of the seminarians
of today — the priests of tomorrow.
(This year, the Ecclesiastical Department boasts fifty-eight men studying for five Dioceses: twenty-seven
for Davenport, twenty-three for Nashville, four for Rockford, three for Peoria, and one for Amarillo).
