Thinking he was cute,
"If a thief got in the cellar,
Answrer me, would the coal-
chute?"
Then the "Prof" replied to
"Freshie",
"That question's surely good.
I'm not sure if the coal would
shoot,
But I think the kindling-
wood."
Watters, at the shirt store: I would like to see a shirt
that would fit me.
Clerk: So would I, Mr.
Sit Down, Duck
Herlehy: You want to keep your eyes open around
here today.
Besten : What for ?
Herlehy: Because people will think you are off if you
go around with them shut.
