The Ambrosian
ORCHESTRA
FIRST ROW---Toher, H. McCarthy, Crowley, Prof. Paarman, Father Meinberg, Detman.

TIME AND GET their
* * *
LAURELS WHICH are
* * *
GUARANTEED absolutely
* * *
NOT TO FADE. It isn't an
* * *
EASY THING TO build up an
* * *
ORCHESTRA JUST like it
* * *
WASN'T A snap to build
* * *
ROME AND when I think of
* * *
THE IMPROVEMENT that the
* * *
ORCHESTRA HAS made since
* * *
THE BEGINNING of the
* * *
YEAR I AM led to believe in
* * *
MIRACLES OR AT least that
THERE IS SUCH A thing as
* * *
ADVANCEMENT. The orchestra
* * *
HAS BEEN the most popular
* * *
ORGANIZATIONS at the college &
* * *
ESPECIALLY among the student
* * *
BODY. AT least no one not even
* * *
THE PIANIST nor a first
* * *
VIOLINIST HAS been seriously
* * *
INJURED DURING the execution of
* * *
A MARCH OR a musical comedy
HIT OR ANY of the nefarious
* * *
FORMS BY which they do
* * *
BATTLE. WHAT they have done is
* * *
A CREDIT TO the college and to
* * *
THEMSELVES AND I can say right
* * *
HERE THAT NEVER shall it be
* * *
FORGOTTEN THE way in which they
* * *
PLAYED "CARMEN" and the "Wabash
* * *
BLUES." . . I thank you.
