The Corporation . . . Contributes The Most Reverend Ralph Leo Hayes, S.T.D. President The members of the Corporation assist the administrative staff as advisors and consultants, ever mindful of the College's main objective, the education and welfare of the students of St. Ambrose. These twenty-four members represent wide and varied backgrounds The Right Reverend Paul D. Moore Vice-President of leadership, experience and knowledge in the fields of college administration, church leadership, business, medicine, law, communications and research. This breadth of learning and experience provides St. Am- bross College with competent and talented advice. The Reverend Frederick J. McMahan Secretary and Treasurer To see that the objectives and the ever increasing need of the College are being met and provided for, the Board meets four times annually in formal meeting. From time to time the members are consulted on an individual basis to take advantage of their counsel. Mr. P. D. Adler ACCREDITATION AND MEMBERSHIP St. Ambrose College is affiliated with the Catholic University of America and is registered bv the State Board of Regents of New York. It is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools and the Iowa Department of Public Instruction. Membership is held in the National Catholic Education Association, the Association of American Colleges, the American Council on Education, the American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education, the National Conference of Church-Related Colleges, the National Commission on Accrediting (not an accrediting agency), and the Iowa Association of Private Colleges and Universities.
