Ten Saint Ambrose College senior students were accepted for recognition in the
1952-53 edition of "Who's Who Among Students In American Universities and
Colleges.91 These seniors, who will receive their degrees at commencement exercises in June, were selected on the basis of their scholarship, leadership and
cooperation in educational and extra-curricular activities, general citizenship, and
promise of future usefulness, according to a quota assigned on the basis of enrollment of each school.
The students will receive a certificate of recognition, and the benefits of a student
placement service provided by the organization to aid in making employment contacts and supplying recommendations. The students' Who's Who is now in its
eighth year, and includes representatives of over 600 educational institutions in
the nation.
The Saint Ambrose students who were chosen for this honor were selected from
the college senior class, totaling 141 students, by a special faculty-student selection
committee.
