1962 Yearbook
Description
OAKS
Someone once said that time distorts the
accuracy of much information even in
field of great interest. This might well
be true, but we on the staff of the 1962
OAKS feel that the information gathered
herein will not be stigmatized with age.
Its accuracy is a product of the recording and interpretation of the year's
events reborn only by those who have
lived them.
The staff has set forth, in laborious
harmony, the objectives of making this
book a foundation for a better OAKS
in the years to come. We have made
several additions and improvements to
the previous "standards." The Senior
Directory and the Photo Index are projects never before attempted in the college annual. The verbal treatments of
the aspirations formulated by the student organizations is an addition to our
expanding goals. The art work and
layout of this book must also be considered appendages that make us proud
to present the 1962 OAKS.
