The Alumni Association, a vital cog in the success of any school, was particularly active during the year of 1940-1941. Its many and varied activities
were under the direction of Dr. Clem Kerrigan, president of the group.
The first project of the group was the sale of athletic pass books, and the
success with which this drive was met immediately indicated that all previous
records had been broken. Almost without hesitation the unit plunged into the
preparation for the annual Homecoming celebration.
Perhaps the best piece of work turned in by the group was its part in the
drive to raise funds for the erection of the new college buildings.
