Description

Below is printed our single pastoral poem entitled:
LOUIS THE GAY DECEIVER
A sweet young maid from
the city,
Engaged to Louis Klise
Went down to pay him a
visit
On the old farm, so
nice.
She saw him place a doorknob
Right under a trusting
hen;
And when she'd realized
what he'd done,
These words she said
right then:
"I'm only a lass from the city
My age is just seventeen;
But let me tell you Louis
That's the wickedest thing I've seen.
"Take back your engagement ring
You crudest of men;
For what chance has a chicken,
With a guy that can fool a hen?"
CHRISTIAN DOCTRINE
Fr. H.: Name the tribes of Israel.
Joe Mack: There were three tribes of Israel; the tribe of Adam; the
tribe of Moses; and the tribe of Nabuchodonosor.
