Description
Mud Was In
Everyone's Eyes
John Foreman, with alumna Theresa Thomas and past-student
Chris Corby.
Anyone who was there could not forget the downpour
that fell on the Homecoming football game. The field
became a swamp, making it almost impossible to play on.
Even after the rain quit, the mud would not allow the
gridders to gain much yardage. It is no surprise that
neither Ambrose nor Westmar scored. But the fans stuck
it out and did not let the weather dampen their weekend
celebration.
A worn and torn Ambrose Bee.
