1976 Yearbook
Description
1976
It could be said that Homecoming 1975 was the
brightest ever. Thursday night's bonfire was the
largest one Ambrose has ever had, and the sun
wouldn't stop shining for a second on Saturday.
October 24th featured a Homecoming Mass,
sponsored by the Fellowship of Christian Athletes,
and a Red Garter Band Dance. After the Saturday
morning parade, the (almost) packed John
O'Donnell Stadium saw a challenging football
game, Bees vs Loras. Although the Duhawks won,
the exciting game set the atmosphere for a semi-
formal dance in the Blackhawk Hotel Ballroom.
And Homecoming '75 could not have had a
better ending than the National Theatre of the
Deaf on Sunday evening.
