1960 Yearbook
Description
Even though this season found the Bees
on the short end in the won-lost column,
consideration must be made of competition. The gridmen played some of the
top small colleges in the country, four
of the teams being in the top ten in small
college rankings.
In past years Ambrose has fielded some
spectacular teams under such coaches as
"Moon" Mullins, Forrest Cotton, Frank
Brogger and L. G. Friedrichs. Ambros-
ians past and present can be proud of the
football tradition which has continued for
fifty years at St. Ambrose College.
