EAST COAST CLUB
The newest hometown club on campus is the East
Coast Club. Organized in the fall of 1961, it has been
one of the most active, presently having forty-one members. The purpose, quite properly, is to instill a sense
of comradeship and to promote school spirit among its
members. The E.C.C. has been investigating the possibility of providing a scholarship to a junior member of
the club. An attempt has been made to secure a popular
entertainer to present a concert to provide funds for this
purpose.
