Description
THE 1954 OAKS
Their job: to
Editor: Kevin Kelleghan.
Business Manager: Bob Whalen.
Chuck Paysen, associate editor and Barbara
Gregorius, Nursing Division
editor, discuss copy with editor.
As the year progressed, the yearbook
staff changed so many times that the
editor hardly knew who was the associate editor from week to week. However, as the second semester got underway, the staff was pretty well organized and the book began to take shape.
As with all yearbooks, no one realizes the amount of work that goes
into the formation of even as small a
book as this. Correct name spelling,
insignificant as it seems, is one of the
major headaches of the associate editor.
The photographer never seems to
find the right people willing at the
right time. And many times he has to
re-take the photo because of bad lighting or other faults.
Nothing seems to be connected in
March. Then, within two weeks of
deadline, the whole book falls into place
and another edition of THE OAKS goes
to press.
