He was interested in students —
the individual student — and was
always ready to help, advise, encourage the boy who came to him.
He gave not only of himself but of
his small savings, especially to the
needy student of science or for the
priesthood, or for any good cause.
Many will remember with gratitude
his generous, self-sacrificing assistance as teacher, friend and priest.
