AMERICA FOOD MGNT.
Saint Ambrose College received service
from a new food service this year. American
Food Management, which is strictly a college
food service, took over this year.
Vic Bayer and Brenda Collins were incharge
this year.
This year a grill was added to the food line
during breakfast. This was so that eggs could
be made to order.
The Pub is also managed by A.F.M. and
saw and will see many changes to improve its
appearance.
Vic Bayer takes time out from work to give the camera a smile.
Brenda Collins helps out at the cash register.
