In a surprise gesture at the commencement exercises of St. Ambrose College, the Rt. Rev. Msgr. Ulrich A. Hauber, Ph.D., Chairman of the College Division of Natural Sciences and Mathematics,
was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Laws, by his Alma
Mater. Shown extending congratulations are from left, the Most
Rev. Ralph L. Hayes, Bishop of Davenport, and the Rt Rev. Msgr.
Ambrose J. Burke, President of the College.
