Gymnastics is another new
club initiated at SAC this
year. Coached by Pat Behnke
and John Phelan the women
work in all areas of gymnastics including tumbling,
trampoline, uneven parallel
bars, vaulting, balance
beam, and floor exercise.
Gymnastics helps a woman
develop a sense of reliance,
and provides the opportunity
to that woman who had never
been outstanding in a physical activity or team, to rise
to high standards of accomplishment by her determination and her willpower.
