23. Free Day in honor of Spring. Ain't Nature wonderful ?
24. Same old grind, punctuated by pleasant memories of Easter vacation.
25. Some stay here and study all afternoon. Others enjoy the pleasures of the city.
Ratio about 80 to 1.
26. Sunday with the choir in all its glory. Goryn hears them sing High Mass. He
wants to know who the tenor is. Now there's no use getting sore about it, Walt.

27. Genster rises before the first bell and then bends his discomfiture on the rest of
the third floor Brigade. Sour grapes, Lena.
28. Genster amuses the third floor Brigade by teaching them the fundamentals of
"Shavology". His class includes all those old enough to employ the practical art
with the possible exception of "Buck" Barry and Bobby Pieper.
29. West buys a pipe. He is knocked cold during the first round,
30. Nothing today except that a new member has been added to the infirmary,—
yes, it's West.
