Pre-Legal Club

The Pre-Legal Club was initiated at St. Ambrose College in 1947
for the purpose of providing pre-legal students with a knowledge
of the processes and problems of their prospective profession.
It has endeavored to accomplish its purpose by sponsoring lectures by competent and note-worthy men in the legal profession. It
also presented dealing with law as a profession. Literature published by law schools was distributed to pre-law students, giving
them information on the requirements for entrance to law school.
One of the main activities this year was a mock presidential election held to determine the students' feelings as to whom they would
vote for in the 1952 election.
