Carol Groves arcs a backhand return.
Jean Ann Loving follows through on her backhand.
The Women's Tennis team carried an undefeated
season record into the Regionals. Kelly Schmitt, a
freshman, qualified for the National tournament at
the Regionals held in Minneapolis.
Carol Groves is the only graduating senior. They
will lose Kathy Navigato and Kelly Schmitt also. There
will be four returning netters, and hopes of many talented freshmen coming in to join the team.
Row 1: Roxanne Vercautren, Carol Groves, Kathy Navigato,
and Jean Ann Loving. Row 2: Coach Tom Daley, Sara Gilhofer,
Kelly Schmitt, and Richardine Lenger.
