1968 Yearbook
Description
Below: Frances Foster, Harvey L. Pierson and Rita Wilkerson.
Admissions Office
The Admissions Office has a vital role to play in the future of
St. Ambrose College. The story of St. Ambrose must be told to
more men in order to obtain the numbers necessary for the continuing growth of the college. In addition all applications for admission must be evaluated so that the incoming students will meet
the standards necessary to insure success on the college level.
Presentation of the advantages and opportunities of an education
at St. Ambrose is the function of the Admission Counselors and
this year three men represent the College: C. L. McCreight, Gerald
Conness '64, and Glen H. Scutt. For the first time in the history of
the College full time representatives are located in Chicago and
the Greater New York Area. As a result it is hoped that a greater
enrollment from a wider geographical area will be on Campus
next fall.
