Contour farming on the Rees farm.

Contour farmng on Cyril Rees' farm NE of Pleasantville in Marion County, Iowa. 25 acre field seeded to oats on contour with buffer strips following corn in 1943. Buffers and waterways seeded in 1941. Very little erosion.
