Description

Friday night arrived, and so did the Association.
Concert goers arrived in various stages of euphoria
and were treated to Kreinbring and Linder singing
their hearts out. Next came the unfortunate news
that Jean Jacques Boudez, the world famous fly
catcher, had broken his leg in Amsterdam and
could not appear. Then the Association performed
with their usual bravado and delighted the average
Ambrosian. Saturday dawned crisp and sunny—a
beautiful day for a picnic at Little's Grove. Dance-
land, that garden of delight, was the scene for the
informal dance that evening with the Contents Are.
The Contents Are entertained the audience until
everyone stopped dancing and stood in front of the
band clapping and weaving. Comments ranged
from an unequivocal "WOW" to a respectful
"OUTTASITE."
Fall Fast proved to be a social, financial and entertaining success. The weekend was marred, however, by the arrest of three Ambrosians trying to
hold up the Bettendorf Police Station.
