UN Convention
The St. Ambrose Veterans' Association, primarily a social organization, is made up of all veterans of the
Armed Forces in attendance.
The highlight of the year was the
annual Winter Ball in January. The
Club also held six very successful
dances at East Turner Hall, its new
base of operations. Members of the
organization were delegates to the
mock United Nations Convention in
Minneapolis at the University of
Minnesota. They were also active
with the Inter-Club Council and the
Student Council in promoting better
social activities for the students.
Social events ended with a banquet and picnic for all members who
actively participated in making the
Association a success.
