Interested students laid the foundation
for the Education Club in 1949. Its objective
is to provide means by which the future
teachers of America may acquire a knowledge of their profession and with mutual
planning and activities move toward their
final goal - effective teaching of America's
youth.
Members of the club represent St. Ambrose at local and state educational conventions. A panel on Progressive Education
was presented by the men and women of
St Ambrose and Marycrest which proved
to be one of the main activities of the year.
