Six mosaics in arched panels are located directly above the mural painting Westward, located on the east side ofthe Capitol's third floor. The mosaics depict Defense, Charities, Education, and the Executive, Legislative, and Judiciary branches of government. Dielman was paid $10,000 to create this work of art, the last artwork to be installed in the Capitol.
