Morning Dress and Walking Dress

Morning Dress and Walking Dress. The Morning Dress illustrates a decorated apron over the dress, with a wrapped bodice underneath and patterned fabric. Leg-of-mutton sleeves and the skirt are both fairly wide, and the headwear is a lace bonnet decorated with ribbon. The Walking Dress is somewhat shorter, and has a fabric pelerine with ruffled sleeves and pulled together in front and belted as part of the dress emphasizing the waist, with a bow and ruffled collar. The matching bonnet surrounds the face and is decorated with feathers (published for the Court Magazine)
