Title

Letter from Carver to Pammel, March 11, 1925

Description

3 11 25
My dear Dr. Pammel:--
Just a few lines of greeting to you. I have recently returned from Cornell Univ. Ithaca New York where I had such a fine time.
I was the guest of the Cosmopolitan Club while there, spoke to them, was also banqueted by the Alpha Kappa Deltas, and had a very very nice time generally.
I met several people who knew you personally, and a large number who knew of your splendid work.
I think a gentleman by the name of Ward studied under you not long ago. He feels just as I do that you are too valuable a man to be working so hard.
Several spoke of you in connection with the Cosmopolitan Club.
Trusting that you and family are well and that all is going well with you,
I am yours very truly,
Geo. W. Carver.
