Gwen Torrence of the Mazda Track Club wins the Womens Special Invitational 200-Meter Dash with a time of :22.62. It was the first time the event had been run at the Drake Relays. Torrence's many achievements include winning 5 medals (3 gold) in the 1992 and 1996 Olympics.
