Assists In Musical Productions
The St. Ambrose College Band
started its series of public appearances on October 19, when they
participated in the Homecoming
Parade. On April 19-21, the Band
had its annual tour, this year including the high schools in the Rockford,
Illinois area. The Band presented
their Annual Spring Concert in LeClaire Gymnasium and ended the
year by performing for the Commencement Exercises. Throughout
the year, members of the Band took
part in the Marycrest Fine Arts
Festival, concerts, the "Unicorn, the
Gorgon and the Manticore," and
the annual musical this year the
"Merry Widow."
