COMMERCE CLUB . . . Tours Business Plants
"To acquaint the businessman of
today with the businessman of tomorrow" is the motto of the Commerce Club. This club was organized
in 1950, with twenty-five members,
and has grown to a membership of
165 today. This club is open to anyone interested in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
Highlights this year included a tour
of Alcoa, a speech and tour of
Remington Rand, and other lectures.
The scheduled Friday night on-
campus dance, November 22, was
cancelled out of respect to the deceased President. The year ended
with a banquet.
The Commerce Club helps to play a part in the Homecoming Parade.
