Jennifer Dumas ot Burlington was chosen as the recipient of the Des Moines County Conservation District scholarship. This scholarship~ is sponsored in conjunction with the Conservation Districts of Iowa (CDI) and CDI Auxiliary Jennifer was chosen from the applications received from seniors throughout the county.
