Liming against the county auditor, county treasurer and the members of the board of supervisors of Van Buren county, Iowa, for the purpose of enjoining the spreading upon the tax books and the collection of the millage tax of one-half mill for the year 1913 certified by the executive council of the state of Iowa pursuant to the provisions of chapter 14, acts of the Thirty-fifth General Assembly.
