The fable of the stork and the fox. (Bottom): Once upon a time a stork and a fox, having gained a reputation for bull-headed enmity, decided to pull a series of get-together luncheons to show the public their kindly spirits. There upon the stork with great show of magnanimity invited the fox to dinner served in a long-necked urn where there was only room for his long bill to reach the savory viands; the fox, not to be outdone in generous hospitality, invited the stork to participate in a return benefit tea party which was served in a shallow saucer, in which the stork could only dip the end of his bill; whereupon each with a great air of injured innocence pointed to the ingratitude of the other; moral: we'll never get anywhere this way.

(Subtitles): One coat of the liquid solution makes a tire absolutely unpuncturable; a soft pine board treated with it is more resistant than armor plate; one drop on a foot brake makes a wheel absolutely immovable; and there is enough raw material in the U.S. to last a million years.
That doesn't seem too much for a government to ask. (Optional line): High time to draw a circle around them.
