While they are cutting them down--- why not plant a new crop on our waste lands?
Providing for the future.
When it hits them they'll think it's a Japanese earthquake.
It takes a hundred years and we'd better be starting. (Captions): The states that reforest their waste lands now will have the garden spots as well as the gold mines in the future.
Isn't it about time for us to replant the trees for our great, great, etc., grandson's bungalow-- since we are cutting down our timber each year six times as fast as it can grow-- and it takes 300 years to grow a good saw log.
The players that come after won`t have any fair greens at all if we aren`t careful.
Wonder what Mother will say when she finds he's had it clipped?
