The Des Moines County Soili and Water Conservation District donated $700 to the Tri·State Agricultural Education Foundation for the 2001·2002 school
year. The Foundation was established to assist students enrolled in agriculture programs at Southeastern Community College in West Burlington. Other organizations who made contributions towards the 2001·2002 scholarship fund were Bank of Stronghurst. BASF.
