Construction work continues on the original library building. The exterior of the first floor is taking shape while the upper floors are still framed. A construction office appears in the lower right corner.
Some men are working to clear the west lawn for the building of the library as other people observe the work from a distance. The Armory, Davidson Hall, and Gilman Hall are in the background. Several model T's are parked along the street.
