Description
A major accomplishment was the completion of The Standard Soil Survey for Mills County after ten years. Standards for a statewide 208 Water Quality Management Plan will be worked on over the next two years. A temporary land preservation policy commission was appointed to give local input to a Land Preservation Policy Commission set up by the state of Iowa.
