Kellie Suttle of Bell Athletics wins the 1998 Womens Special Invitational Pole Vault with a height of 13'9 3/4". Suttle went on to win the event in 1999, 2000, and 2001. She is also a two-time Olympian, competing in both 2000 and 2004.
