Members of the Two-Mile Relay team on the winners stand with Relays Queen Meredith Auld behind them. The University of Kansas dominated the event from 1958-1962. The 1961 won the event with a time of 7:28:6. Team members were Kirk Hagan, Gordon Davis, Bill Thornton and Bill Dotson.
